Yes, we guarantee that all fragrances sold on Fine Fragrance are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original brands.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.

What is your return policy for opened fragrances?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We recommend ordering a sample size first if you are unsure of a scent.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that perfumes must be shipped via ground transportation due to safety regulations regarding alcohol content.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15%) and ideal for daytime wear.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of flammable liquids like perfume.
