Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Parcel

Securely pack the unused fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back to our studio in pristine condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our olfactory experts inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
